USA Games

Hui o Hawaiʻi is heading to the 2026 USA Games in Minneapolis, bringing the spirit of aloha to the national stage. Competing in basketball, bowling, and track & field, our athletes will represent Hawaiʻi with pride, determination, and heart.

More than competition, this is about inclusion, empowerment, and showing the nation what is possible when every individual is given the opportunity to shine.

The Troy Barboza Law Enforcement Torch Run brings together law enforcement across Hawai‘i to champion inclusion, inspire community support, and uplift Special Olympics Hawai‘i athletes through year-round sports and programs.

State Summer Games

We’re excited to share that the Aloha spirit will return fully to the University of Hawai‘i for the 2026 Special Olympics Hawai‘i Summer Games, taking place June 5–7, 2026. With the track finally open on UH’s campus, athletes and families will once again experience the energy, unity, and celebration that make Summer Games such a powerful and memorable event.
