Health and Wellness Conference 2024
Special Olympics Hawaiʻi will be holding their Health and Wellness Conference February 3-4, 2024 at Ala Moana Hotel Conference Center.
This conference has open registration for any coaches and family members within Special Olympics to attend. Athletes who are interested in becoming a certified Health Messenger must speak to their Head of Delegation and then their Area Director to be selected into that role.Special Olympics Hawaiʻi is very excited to have Sports Psychologist Roberta Kraus PhD, President for The Center for Sports Psychology from Colorado Springs as our main speaker for our General Session and lunch speaker. Roberta specializes in helping athletes and/or athletic teams to develop mental strategies that lead to consistent peak performance. Roberta has worked with many Special Olympics programs over her many years as a trainer/speaker.
